Terms of Service

By creating an SocialPylot account or using the SocialPylot workspace you agree to these terms. If you use SocialPylot on behalf of a company or client, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your password secure.
• You are responsible for everything done by members you invite into your workspace.
• Accounts are for humans — do not share a single login across a team; invite members instead.

You keep all rights to the content you upload, write or publish through SocialPylot. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and deliver that content for the features you use — for example scheduling a post and publishing it to a platform you connected.

SocialPylot acts on your behalf on the platforms you connect. You remain bound by each platform's own terms and policies, and you are responsible for the content published through your connections.

Platforms may change, rate-limit or withdraw their APIs. When a platform restricts a capability, SocialPylot shows that limitation honestly rather than simulating the feature.

• No illegal, hateful, harassing, deceptive or infringing content.
• No spam, bulk automated posting designed to abuse a platform, or engagement manipulation.
• No attempts to break, reverse engineer, overload or gain unauthorised access to SocialPylot.
• No uploading of malware or content you do not have the rights to distribute.

AI features produce suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing accuracy, originality and compliance before publishing anything generated with AI assistance.

Paid plans unlock higher usage limits and additional modules. Limits, entitlements and current usage are always visible in Plan & Usage inside the app. Changing plans takes effect on your workspace immediately unless stated otherwise at checkout.

We work to keep SocialPylot available and publishing reliably, but the service is provided as-is and may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, upstream platform outages or issues outside our control. Scheduled jobs that fail are reported with the real provider error so you can retry.

You may stop using SocialPylot and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms, harms other users, or puts our platform connections at risk.

To the extent permitted by law, SocialPylot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost revenue, lost followers, or content that a connected platform removes or rejects.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. See also our Privacy Policy.
